Monthly Test

Systematically test engine, generator, battery charger, block heaters, gauges and meters for proper functionality

• Test engine emergency shutdown and safety features

• Check transfer switch components and connections clean where needed and vacuum

• Load test starting batteries to confirm


Coolant Flush

• Drain and remove existing coolant

• Completely flush cooling system with detergent-based biodegradable cleaner; thus removing scale, deposits, and other solid materials

• Drain and remove flush to offsite recovery facility

• Refill and restore cooling capacity by replenishing the cooling system with premium Caterpillar coolant


Meghometer Test

  • Inspect generator windings and insulation for wear and debris
  • Verify overall generator efficiency and conductivity
  • Inspect and verify insulation integrity and consistency
  • Generator main stator, rotor, excitation field and rotor Polarization Index Testing

Fuel System Cleaning

  • In-tank fuel Restoration
  • Fuel stabilization agents added to fuel
  • Fuel filter replacement

Semi Annual PM

  • Thermography scanning of all electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct round test to ensure overall impedance within specification for complete protection for generator electronics and residence protection
  • Systematically test engine, generator, battery charger, block heaters, gauges and meters for proper functionality
  • Test engine emergency shutdown and safety features

Load Bank Test

Apply nameplate rated capacity simulated, lad to generator

• Confirm proper generator reaction and performance t applied electrical load

• Exercise and test engine cooling system controls

• Test engine shutdown system


Confidence Test

Simulate utility failure and test generator under facility loads

• Test automatic transfer switch for proper performance

• Restore utility power and test engine shutdown system

• Fire Marshal report and certification furnished by technician following testing


Generator Cleaning

  • Inspect windings, bearings, and rotor for wear, debris and consistency
  • Steam clean windings and rotor in place utilizing an environmentally friendly decreasing agent.
  • Completely fry generator in place
  • Verify conductivity following cleaning and drying process
  • Engine room left clean and all waste removed from site
  • Generator main stator, rotor, excitation field and rotor Polarization Index Testing

Energy Auditing

  • The Analysis of building utility data, including the study of the installation equipment and analysis of Energy bills.
  • Survey of the Real Operating conditions
  • Understanding the building behavior and interactions with weather, occupancy and operating schedules.
  • Selection and evaluation of energy conservation measures
  • Estimation of energy saving potential
  • Identification of customer concerns and needs.

Maintenance Contracts

Gold Program (Monthly) 

The Gold Program includes twelve (12) inspections per year

  • Monthly Testing
  • Semi Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM)

Silver Program (Quarterly)

The Quarterly Program includes four (4) inspections per year or one (1) inspection every three (3) months for a year)
